Countries Puzzle Page

Cute puzzle from Sandy Weisz (Chicago Redeye Puzzler) via NPR Weekend Edition Sunday:  Take a country whose name contains a symbol for a chemical element, and change it to a different chemical element to get another country. For example, if Aruba were an independent country, you could take the "Ar," which is the chemical symbol for argon, and change it to "C," which is the chemical symbol for carbon, to come up with Cuba. There are three answers to this puzzle, and all three must be found.

Answers:
1) Ireland can change to Iceland by replacing Re with Ce
2) Malta can change to Mali by replacing Ta with I
3) Nigeria can change to Algeria by replacing Ni with Al
